Path

We have traveled on this path
broken and lost
confused and hurt
and have nearly lost everything dear to us
and fallen over and over
But we can stand again
we can still walk and grow
We can learn from these pains and mistakes
We can learn to walk into the light once again
just promise me one thing
and i will get back up to try again
tell me your glad you met me
and that we'll always be friends
